Change to Company Operations
We would like to advise you of an operational change taking effect on 1st April 2011.
Rugged Systems Ltd will merge its business into Steatite Ltd, creating a single operating company. The two companies have operated under the same infrastructure and methodology since the acquisition of Rugged Systems Limited in 2010.
The change will allow us to focus our business and account management in a more efficient and centralised way.
The immediate change has been the company name.
New company name – STEATITE LTD
Rugged Systems Ltd will now trade as Rugged Systems a division of Steatite Ltd and will also be moving its Camberley sales office to a brand new facility on the 8th April.
