Registration Form

Please complete the Warranty Registration Form within 30 days of product purchase to establish your warranty period and to provide access to technical support.

Warranty and Repair Programs

Blazepoint offer 12 months warranty on all Blazepoint DUO and TRIO printers on a return to base basis. This warranty includes the printhead but excludes misuse or abuse.

Blazepoint's Repair Centre is located near Oxford and achieves a continuous turnaround of high quality repairs to a range of printer products. Rigorous post-repair testing enables repairs to be carried out to the highest possible standards. All Blazepoint repairs carry a comprehensive 90 day warranty.

Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance Programs: Blazepoint are able to offer you a wide range of maintenance and preventative maintenance programs and training courses throughout the UK.
