Blazepoint's Repair Centre is located near Oxford and achieves a continuous turnaround of high quality repairs to a range of printer products. Rigorous post-repair testing enable repairs to be carried out to the highest possible standards. Indeed, all Blazepoint repairs carry a comprehensive 90-day warranty.

Repair Procedure: In the event of a problem with your printer, go to the Contact support section of this website. Once you have submitted the RMA form, a member of our service team will contact you to give you an RMA document. Please include this document with the rest of the documentation when shipping the printer, this will improve processing time.
