- What is the proper way of using cleaning cards?

- Turn off power to printer.
- Lift printhead lever and insert the cleaning card. Put printhead lever down after card is inserted.
- Enter into head-cleaning mode through the power on switch panel operations.
- Refer to user's manual for specific instructions on how to enter the head-cleaning mode.
- Once in this mode use the panel switches to move the cleaning card back and forth under the printhead and on the roller.
