A comprehensive, efficient and very user friendly system to track, manage and generate detailed progress reports of the company's visitors using very little of one of the most valuable of resources: time.

• Auto Typing: Learning from experience, DeskFive offers selectable options from the fully stored data.
• Easy Check-In / Auto Check-Out: Compatibility with CardScan allows you to scan data from business cards directly into the database by OCR (optical character recognition). Entering a checked-in name activates check-out options automatically, drastically reducing operation mistakes.
• Multiple to Multiple: This unique feature permits automatic processing of multiple visitors to multiple staff members through a single effortless operation.
• Badges: The flexibility of the system allows you to assign preprinted badges, issue them directly at check-in, customise layouts and choose between plastic card printers, paper or label.
• Route Mapping: This feature offers a printed map to their final destination thus relieving the receptionist of yet another task.
• Resource Management: Resources such as meeting rooms and visual equipment are allocated and controlled instantly. Their existence is memorised at first input and status provided in real time.
• E-mail Notification: E-mail is automatically sent to the visited staff member.
• Network: The system is fully compatible with database access from multiple stations of your choice. Although the KeyFive enabled license is required for Check-In/Check-Out routines, analysis and general operation are allowed from any PC.
• Reports: DeskFive generates predefined or customised information analysis and reports in real time as well as recording details of every visit. Data such as present visitors and most frequent visitors is available instantly in a clear functional format.
