Roger
Wadsworth was born in 1950 and holds an honours degree in Business
Studies from Kingston Polytechnic. Following training in banking
and precision engineering, he joined a private group of companies
specialising in international distribution and marketing. He
has been a senior Director in nine companies, involved primarily
in the design and distribution of components for the engineering
and electronics industries. He is currently Chairman of Wadsworth
Holdings Ltd, Wadsworth Electronics Ltd and Leonard Wadsworth
Group Limited. He is also a Director of Farlows Group Ltd. In February 2002 Roger Wadsworth stepped up
from his non-executive position to become executive Chairman of Blazepoint. |

Paul
Cooper was born in 1954 and has an honours degree in Financial
Control from Lancaster University and is a Fellow of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants, having qualified with Deloitte and
Touche. After initial roles in finance, including a brief period
as Finance Director of Lynx Group plc, he headed up the European
subsidiary of Eltron International Incorporated, a leading manufacturer
of thermal printers where his work included establishing a new
logistics operation for European distribution. Paul then set
up the UK based European office of Comtec Information Systems
Incorporated in 1999. Paul brings 17 years' experience of the printer industry to Blazepoint. |

John
Sparshott was born in 1952 and joined the company in February
2001, following a career spanning over 20 years in the "on
demand printing" industry both in operations and technical
roles. John most recently worked for Zebra Technologies, a
Nasdaq quoted supplier of barcode printers, where he was involved
with Zebra Technolgies' worldwide supply chain. Prior
to that John worked as a project manager at Cubic Transport
Systems introducing a credit card operated ticket kiosk for
a rail operator. John
has a history of technical innovation and has a number of
USA patents for printing related items.

Roger
Price was born in 1963 and holds an honours degree in French
and Italian from University College, London. He began his career
in 1988 as a sales executive at Wenger Printers Limited, the
then name for Blazepoint. In 1990 he joined Airtech, a supplier
of software computer security tools and encryption products,
as an Account Manager with responsibility for government contracts
before being promoted to European Sales Manager and then General
Sales Manager in 1993. Airtech was sold to Racal in 1994 and
Roger returned to Blazepoint, then named Continuum Specialist
Technologies, as Managing Director. Roger renamed the company
Blazepoint in 1995 and he was appointed as the Commercial Director
in August 2000. In February 2002 Roger Price resigned from his
executive directorship, but he continues to play an active
role within Blazepoint as a non-executive Director. |
